Low Shipping for Second Item*:

$9.99 Flat Shipping via USPS or UPS for first item but when customer adds another Item, the Shipping for the next Item drops Effectively making the total shipping as: 

$9.99 + $1.00 = $10.99

(Exceptions apply for some styles)

Company policy and Shipping:

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. PRIORITY SHIPPING ON MOST ORDERS except international shipping plus discounted rates apply when 2 or more items are purchased. We typically ship out the orders same business day if ordered before 3 PM CST. Confirmation email with tracking Number will be sent so you can track your merchandise.

Delivery time is normally 2 to 5 business days (Depending on Destination), excluding Alaska, Hawaii,  US territories and international shipping.
Expedite next day shipping is available upon customer's request but customer is responsible for the extra shipping expenses.
We thoroughly inspect all merchandise before shipping.

P.O BOX addresses are only accepted for single Item Orders.

Return Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with our product. if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you are welcome to return the merchandise for FULL REFUND.
Returns must be within 30 days from original shipping date from shoewest.com.  

Return shoes must be unworn, in original box and packaging. Please put everything in the new box with return address, 6902 Harwin Dr, Ste B, Houston, Texas 77036.
