We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. PRIORITY SHIPPING ON MOST ORDERS except international shipping plus discounted rates apply when 2 or more items are purchased. We typically ship out the orders same business day if ordered before 3 PM CST. Confirmation email with tracking Number will be sent so you can track your merchandise.
Delivery time is normally 2 to 5 business days (Depending on Destination), excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international shipping.
Expedite next day shipping is available upon customer's request but customer is responsible for the extra shipping expenses.
We thoroughly inspect all merchandise before shipping.

Hello Sharon, It seems like there was a mix up in shipping, and you were sent the wrong size. We have sent you a return shipping label to send the shoe back to us free of charge. or you can keep the shoe if it fits and we can offer you a 50% refund. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
